Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch) together.
Add the Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (1 cup), Buttermilk (1/2 cup), and Eggs (2) and mix vigorously until well combined.
Place in a greased bread pan and smooth with spoon. Place in the preheated oven for 45 – 50 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Keeps 1-2 days in a zip lock bag.
