Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 pinch) together.
Step 3
Add the Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp) , Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup) , Mayonnaise (1 cup) , Buttermilk (1/2 cup) , and Eggs (2) and mix vigorously until well combined.
Step 4
Place in a greased bread pan and smooth with spoon. Place in the preheated oven for 45 – 50 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
Step 5
Serve warm and enjoy!
