Heat Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in a pan over low heat.
Step 2
Add Cumin Seeds (1/8 tsp) .
Step 3
Add Zucchini (1/2) , Cauliflower (1 head) , Red Bell Pepper (1/2) , Green Bell Pepper (1/2) , and Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2) .
Step 4
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp) and Ground Turmeric (1 pinch) . Add Salt (to taste) .
Step 5
Cover and cook until tender.
Step 6
Add Beans in Tomato Sauce (3 Tbsp) to the vegetable mixture for 1 minute.
Step 7
Served hot and enjoy!
