Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) in a pan over low heat.

Add Cumin Seeds (1/8 tsp).
3.
Add Zucchini (1/2), Cauliflower (1 head), Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Green Bell Pepper (1/2), and Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2).
4.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp) and Ground Turmeric (1 pinch). Add Salt (to taste).
5.
Cover and cook until tender.
6.
Add Beans in Tomato Sauce (3 Tbsp) to the vegetable mixture for 1 minute.
7.
Served hot and enjoy!
