Marinate chicken: take a large mixing bowl, add
Chicken (1.1 lb)
Corn Starch (1/2 Tbsp)
Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Sesame Oil (1/2 Tbsp)
and mix well.
Prepare the sauce: take another mixing bowl, add water,
Chicken Stock Cube (1)
Caster Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
Oyster Sauce (1/4 cup)
. Mix well and set aside.
Boil water in a big sauce pan and add
Rice Noodles (1.1 lb)
Cook for 5 to 8 minutes and drain the water.
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a deep bottomed skillet and add
Garlic (5 cloves)
Add chicken and keep frying it till it turns to a pale color. Keep aside.
In the same pan, add
Bok Choy (2)
Snow Peas (10)
Add the prepared sauce and keep stirring until the vegetable is half way cooked.
Add the chicken and noodles and toss them well.
