Marinate chicken: take a large mixing bowl, add Chicken (500 gram), Corn Starch (2 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon), Sesame Oil (2 teaspoon) and mix well.
Prepare the sauce: take another mixing bowl, add water, Chicken Stock Cube (1), Caster Sugar (2 teaspoon), Oyster Sauce (4 tablespoon). Mix well and set aside.
Boil water in a big sauce pan and add Rice Noodles (500 gram).
Cook for 5 to 8 minutes and drain the water.
Heat Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon) in a deep bottomed skillet and add Garlic (5 clove).
Add chicken and keep frying it till it turns to a pale color. Keep aside.
In the same pan, add Carrot (1), Zucchini (3), Bok Choy (2), and Snow Peas (10).
Add the prepared sauce and keep stirring until the vegetable is half way cooked.
Add the chicken and noodles and toss them well.
Garnish with Scallion (to taste).
