Step 1
In a small bowl mix Hoisin Sauce (2 tablespoon), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Orange Juice (2 tablespoon), and Fresh Ginger (1 teaspoon).
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Carrot (6) to soften them slightly, about 30 seconds. Remove from water and let sit until cool enough to handle.
