Step 1
In a small bowl mix Hoisin Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , Orange Juice (2 Tbsp) , and Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) .
Step 2
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Carrots (6) to soften them slightly, about 30 seconds. Remove from water and let sit until cool enough to handle.
