Bring Water (1 cup) to a boil. Add Red Quinoa (1/2 cup) and Salt (1/2 tsp) , then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 10-15 minutes or until water is all absorbed, then fluff with a fork. Place in fridge to cool.
Step 2
Whisk together Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Honey (1 tsp) to make your dressing.
