Bring Water (1 cup) to a boil. Add Red Quinoa (1/2 cup) and Salt (as needed), then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook 10-15 minutes or until water is all absorbed, then fluff with a fork. Place in fridge to cool.

Whisk together Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 clove), and Honey (1 tsp) to make your dressing.
