In a sauce pan over medium heat, cook the Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp), Dark Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Granny Smith Apples (3), Ground Ginger (as needed), Ground Cloves (as needed), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (as needed), and Lemon Juice (1/2), stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes. Drain off any liquid. Set aside.
