Add Ground Cumin (2 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (2 teaspoon), Dried Thyme (1 teaspoon), Dried Minced Garlic (2 teaspoon), and Dried Rosemary (2 teaspoon) to the Chicken Breast (3). Mix well, then add Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Worcestershire Sauce (to taste).
Add Vegetable Oil (to taste) to a heating skillet, then add the well mixed chicken. Stir fry until cooked and and then remove from the the skillet into a container.
Then in the same pan, add the Green Bell Pepper (1/2), Red Chili Pepper (1/2), White Onion (1), Garlic (4 clove), and Frozen Mixed Vegetables (2 1/2 cup). Stir fry until cooked.
Add the chicken, White Rice (2 cup), mix well then add Water (3 cup). Put the lid on until cooked. Serve and enjoy!
