Thinly slice the

legnthwise.
Step 3
Thinly slice the

in the same way.
Step 4
Drain and rinse the
Canned Pinto Beans (to taste)

Step 5
Split
Short Grain White Rice (3/4 cup)
into 4 portions and top half of each
Nori Sheets (4)
with rice. Add
Hot Sauce (to taste)
on each roll. Divide and add pinto beans, vegan patty, vegan cheese, carrot, and cucumber to each. If using, add sliced
Avocados (to taste)
and
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
. Finally, add the
Fresh Chives (1 handful)
.
Step 6
Roll them up, lightly rub the top with a tiny bit of water, then sprinkle with
Everything Bagel Seasoning (to taste)
. Garnish with more
Hot Sauce (to taste)
if desired. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
