Slice the Vegan Buffalo Chicken Patty (1) and the Vegan Cheese (1 slice) strips.

Thinly slice the Carrot (1/2) legnthwise.

Thinly slice the Cucumber (1/2) in the same way.

Drain and rinse the Canned Pinto Beans (to taste).

Split the cooked Short Grain White Rice (4 Tbsp) into 4 portions and top half of each Nori Sheets (4) with rice. Add Hot Sauce (to taste) on each roll. Divide and add pinto beans, vegan patty, vegan cheese, carrot, and cucumber to each. If using, add sliced Avocados (to taste) and Fresh Cilantro (to taste). Finally, add the Fresh Chives (1 handful).
