Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Season the Large Portobello Mushrooms (2) with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and grill for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the Pumpkins (1 cup) into fries shape.
Step 4
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) and coat them in Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) or coconut flour.
Step 5
Toss the pumpkin fries in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and bake them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until nice and crispy.
Step 6
Gather the Tomatoes (2 slices) , Radish (1) , Cucumber (1/2) , Arugula (to taste) , and Avocado (1/4) .
Step 7
Grill the Beef Patty (1) on a hot pan.
Step 8
Now, put together your low-carb burger, and enjoy!
