Place the Zucchini (1 cup) in a colander and press out as much moisture as you can. Set aside.

Preheat a waffle iron.

Whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), and Salt (as needed) in a large bowl.

Add Milk (1 cup), Egg (1), and Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) mix until combined.
