Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Beat the Eggs (4) and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Lightly oil the muffin tin, with vegetable oil or butter. Pour beaten egg into the tin half way through, then add in the fillings such as Red Bell Peppers (to taste), Green Bell Peppers (to taste), Fresh Spinach (to taste), Bacon (to taste) and Cherry Tomatoes (to taste). Sprinkle some Cheese (to taste) on top.
