Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x12 or 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a large skillet, add Butter (1 tablespoon). Over medium high heat, cook the Bell Pepper (1) and Onion (1/2) until tender.
Add the Ground Turkey (1.25 pound) and cook until browned and no longer pink. Remove from heat, drain, and return to the skillet.
Stir in Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon).
Spoon the turkey mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk the Egg (12) until they are light and fluffy. Quickly whisk in the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Add Cottage Cheese (16 ounce), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 1/2 cup), Butter (5 tablespoon), Tomato (1), and Black Olives (2.25 ounce) to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the egg and cheese mixture on top of the browned turkey. Stir in the baking dish to combine.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
Let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares or serve with warm flour tortillas and salsa. Serve and enjoy!
