In a jug, add Honey (1 Tbsp), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Garlic (1 tsp), Soy Sauce (1 cup), Rice Wine (1/2 cup), Chili Sauce (1/2 cup), Sesame Oil (1 tsp), and Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp). Mix well. Leave aside.

In a small bowl, add Red Cabbage (1 cup), Green Cabbage (1 cup), Carrot (1/2 cup), Spring Onion (1/2 cup), Mango (1/2 cup), and Noodles (1/2 cup). Mix well and leave aside.

In a nonstick pan, add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (3). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook for 8 minutes, turning once.

Once done, rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.

Add the sliced chicken to the bowl with salad. Mix well
step 6
Serve chicken salad with extra sesame seeds. Enjoy!
