Step 1
In a jug, add
Honey (1 Tbsp)

Fresh Ginger (1 tsp)

Garlic (1 tsp)

Soy Sauce (1 cup)

Rice Wine (1/2 cup)

Chili Sauce (1/2 cup)

Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
, and
Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well. Leave aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add
Red Cabbage (1 cup)
,
Green Cabbage (1 cup)
,
Carrots (1/2 cup)
,
Spring Onions (1/2 cup)
,
Mangoes (1/2 cup)
, and
Noodles (1/2 cup)
. Mix well and leave aside.
Step 3
In a nonstick pan, add
Chicken (3)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Cook for 8 minutes, turning once.
Step 4
Once done, rest the chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 5
Add the sliced chicken to the bowl with salad. Mix well
Step 6
Serve chicken salad with extra sesame seeds. Enjoy!
