Roughly shred Oyster Mushroom (2 cup) with a fork.
Step 2
Heat Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) over medium-high in a large saute pan, then add shredded Mushrooms, Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1/4 teaspoon), and Chili Powder (1/4 teaspoon). Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or just until mushrooms begin to soften. Transfer to a bowl.
