In a large pan or wok, saute Carrot (1) , Onion (1/4) , and Green Peas (1/4 cup) in a teaspoon of oil for two minutes.
Step 2
Add Chicken (2 cups) , Garlic (2 cloves) , and Eggs (2) .
Step 3
Add the cooked Brown Rice (1 cup) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp) , and Soy Sauce (1/4 cup) . Cook on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Adjust seasonings according to preference. Serve and enjoy!
