In a large pan or wok, saute Carrot (1), Onion (1/4), and Green Peas (1/4 cup) in a teaspoon of oil for two minutes.
Add Chicken (2 cup), Garlic (2 clove), and Egg (2).
Add Brown Rice (3 cup), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/2 teaspoon), and Soy Sauce (1/4 cup). Cook on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Adjust seasonings according to preference. Serve and enjoy!
