Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp)

Garlic (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add
Water (2 cups)
and
Frozen Peas and Carrots (1/2 cup)
. Bring to a boil and cover.
Step 4
Transfer pot to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm straight out of the skillet!
