Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Into an ovenproof pot or skillet, add Butter (4 Tbsp). When melted, add strips of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2), Onion (1), Basmati Rice (1/2 cup), White Rice (1/2 cup), Dried Basil (1 tsp), Dried Oregano (as needed), Seasoned Salt (1 tsp), Curry Powder (as needed), Tomato Paste (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 Tbsp), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir to combine.

Add Water (2 cups) and Frozen Peas and Carrots (1/2 cup). Bring to a boil and cover.

Transfer pot to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.

Serve warm straight out of the skillet!
