Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Into an ovenproof pot or skillet, add Butter (4 tablespoon). When melted, add strips of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2), Onion (1), Basmati Rice (1/2 cup), White Rice (1/2 cup), Dried Basil (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), Seasoned Salt (1 teaspoon), Curry Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Tomato Paste (1 tablespoon), Garlic (1 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Stir to combine.
Add Water (2 cup) and Frozen Peas and Carrots (1/2 cup). Bring to a boil and cover.
Transfer pot to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm straight out of the skillet!
