Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a casserole dish, add Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Elbow Macaroni (12 ounce). Mix until butter is melted.
Step 3
Add Onion (1), Bacon (1 pound), Cheddar Cheese (2 cup), and Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cup). Stir until well-combined.
Step 4
Add Buttermilk (1 3/4 cup), Sour Cream (1 cup), Ground Black Pepper (2 teaspoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), Egg (2), and Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cup).
Step 5
Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cup), and Breadcrumbs (2 cup).
Step 6
Cover with a piece of greased foil. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve warm, garnished with Fresh Parsley (to taste) if desired.
