Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Into a casserole dish, add Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Elbow Macaroni (12 oz). Mix until butter is melted.

Add Onion (1), Bacon (1 lb), Cheddar Cheese (2 cups), and Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cups). Stir until well-combined.

Add Buttermilk (1 3/4 cups), Sour Cream (1 cup), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Eggs (2), and Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups).

Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), and Breadcrumbs (2 cups).

Cover with a piece of greased foil. Bake for 40 minutes.

Uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
