Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Step 2
Into a casserole dish, add Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Elbow Macaroni (3 1/3 cups) . Mix until butter is melted.
Step 3
Add Onion (1) , Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1 lb) , Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) , and Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cups) . Stir until well-combined.
Step 4
Add Buttermilk (1 3/4 cups) , Sour Cream (1 cup) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Eggs (2) , and Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) .
Step 5
Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) , Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) , and Breadcrumbs (2 cups) .
Step 6
Cover with a piece of greased foil. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Step 8
Serve warm, garnished with Fresh Parsley (to taste) if desired.
