Buttermilk

Eggs , beaten

1 1/2 cups

Sharp Cheddar Cheese , shredded

2 cups

Breadcrumbs

•

to taste

Fresh Parsley

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

Into a casserole dish, add Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Elbow Macaroni (12 oz) . Mix until butter is melted.

Add Onion (1) , Bacon (1 lb) , Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) , and Broccoli Florets (1 1/2 cups) . Stir until well-combined.

Add Buttermilk (1 3/4 cups) , Sour Cream (1 cup) , Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , Eggs (2) , and Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) .

Top with remaining Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) , Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups) , and Breadcrumbs (2 cups) .

Cover with a piece of greased foil. Bake for 40 minutes.

Uncover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Serve warm, garnished with Fresh Parsley (to taste) if desired.
