Step 1
Place the
Cauliflower (4 cups)
in a bowl and add
Water (2 Tbsp)
. Cover with cling film and cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10 minutes or until tender.
Step 2
Drain any excess water, then place the florets into a food processor and pulse until they break down to the size of rice. Don’t take it too far or you’ll end up with a cauliflower puree. Set aside.
Step 3
Into a mixing bowl, add
Fresh Crab Meat (8 oz)
,
Mayonnaise (1/3 cup)
,
Sriracha (1 tsp)
,
Wasabi Paste (1/4 tsp)
,
Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (to taste)
. Stir everything together really well and set aside.
Step 4
To assemble the sushi bowl, add in the cauliflower rice, followed by the creamy crab mixture, and then the toppings. Add
Red Cabbage (1/3 cup)
,
Radishes (1 bunch)
,
Carrots (1 tsp)
,
Cucumber (1/2)
,
Avocado (1)
, and
Nori Sheets (1 sheet)
. Top with
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
and serve.
