Place the Cauliflower (4 cups) in a bowl and add Water (2 Tbsp). Cover with cling film and cook in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10 minutes or until tender.

Drain any excess water, then place the florets into a food processor and pulse until they break down to the size of rice. Don’t take it too far or you’ll end up with a cauliflower puree. Set aside.

Into a mixing bowl, add Fresh Crab Meat (8 oz), Mayonnaise (1/3 cup), Sriracha (1 tsp), Wasabi Paste (1/4 tsp), Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp), and Salt (to taste). Stir everything together really well and set aside.

To assemble the sushi bowl, add in the cauliflower rice, followed by the creamy crab mixture, and then the toppings. Add Red Cabbage (1/3 cup), Radish (1 bunch), Carrot (1 tsp), Cucumber (1/2), Avocado (1), and Nori Sheet (1 sheet). Top with Sesame Seeds (to taste) and serve.
