In a pan, brown the Ground Beef (1 pound). Pour off excess grease.
Add Chili Powder (1 1/2 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 tablespoon) Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Dried Oregano (1/2 teaspoon), and Dried Basil (1/2 teaspoon) and combine.
Wash and clean Lettuce (1 head), pat to dry and lay individual leaves onto a plate. Put some beef mince on each lettuce wrap and top with your choice of toppings.
Build each wrap according to your own preference with White Onion (1), Red Bell Pepper (1), Roma Tomato (4), Black Olives (3/4 cup), Cheddar Cheese (1 cup), and Avocado (1).
Top with your choice of topping such as with Sour Cream (to taste) or Lime (to taste), and Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch).
