Heat Ghee (1 Tbsp) in a pan and temper Mustard Seeds (1 tsp) and Cumin Seeds (1 tsp). Once they crackle, add Chana Dal (1 Tbsp) and Black Lentils (1 Tbsp). Fry them till they turn golden.

Once golden, add the Green Chili Peppers (4) and Curry Leaves (4). Fry for a minute and then add Onion (1). Saute till they turn translucent.

Now add Ground Turmeric (1 tsp), Chili Powder (1 tsp), and Salt (to taste). Saute for 30 seconds and then add the Tomatoes (4). Continue to cook the tomatoes till they turn pulpy.

Then add the cooked Basmati Rice (2 1/2 Tbsp). Mix it all together and cook for a minute or two. Lastly, garnish it chopped Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup).
