Peel and segment the Sunkist Orange (2). Peel and dice the Fresh Ginger (1 tablespoon). Seed and dice the Jalapeño Pepper (1). Slice the Avocado (1). Combine the orange segments, avocado, jalapeño, ginger and Fresh Spinach (4 cup) in a bowl.
Chop the Fresh Basil Leaf (20) and Walnut (3 tablespoon). Grate the Parmesan Cheese (3/4 cup). Blend the basil, walnuts, Parmesan, Buttermilk (1/4 cup), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) and Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon) in a blender or food processor. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Arrange the salad on a plate, dress and enjoy!
