Cooking Instructions
1.
Combine Fresh Strawberries (to taste), Watermelons (to taste), and Kiwifruit (to taste) with Honey (to taste) and Lime Juice (to taste), macerate for one hour in the fridge.
2.
Season Medium Shrimp (16) with Kosher Salt (to taste), Cayenne Pepper (to taste) and Lime Juice (to taste) to taste, grill on both sides on high heat until just cooked through.
3.
Plate the fruit, top with the brochettes, sprinkle with Pomegranate Seeds (to taste) and Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste).

Serve hot and enjoy!
