Light up the grill and cook the
Pineapple Rings (2 cups)
Red Bell Pepper (1)
Red Onion (1)
Jalapeño Pepper (1)
over medium/high heat until slightly charred, 5 to 10 minutes.
For chunky salsa, roughly chop Pineapple, Red Bell Pepper, Small Red Onion, Jalapeño,
Garlic (1 clove)
and toss with
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp)
. For less chunky salsa, throw everything in a food processor and blitz a few times until it reaches a consistency to your liking.
