In bowl place the Red Bell Pepper (1), Green Bell Pepper (1), Onion (1), Vegetable Oil (4 tablespoon), Lime (2), splash of water and Garlic (4 clove) and blend using a hand blender or food processor.
In an oven safe dish, place the Chicken Drumstick (7) and add the marinate, Dried Oregano (2 teaspoon), Dried Basil (1 teaspoon), Dried Rosemary (1/5 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Worcestershire Sauce (4 tablespoon), Salt (2 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Roasted Cumin Powder (1 teaspoon) and mix together. Leave to rest for minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat oven at 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place the chicken in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Once the 45 minutes have passed remove the chicken from the oven and place the drumsticks in a bowl. Transfer the marinate onto another bowl and add Lime (1), and mix well.
Place back the drumsticks on the tray and spread the marinate over the top of the chicken.
Place again in the oven, cook for an extra 30 minutes.
Once the time has passed, remove the chicken from the oven and serve!
