Step 1
In bowl place the
Red Bell Pepper (1)

Green Bell Pepper (1)
,
Onion (1)
,
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
,
Limes (2)
, splash of water and
Garlic (4 cloves)
and blend using a hand blender or food processor.
Step 2
In an oven safe dish, place the
Chicken Drumsticks (7)
and add the marinate,
Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Dried Basil (1 tsp)
,
Dried Rosemary (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1/4 cup)
,
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Roasted Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
and mix together. Leave to rest for minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat oven at 430 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 4
Place the chicken in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Once the 45 minutes have passed remove the chicken from the oven and place the drumsticks in a bowl. Transfer the marinate onto another bowl and add
Lime (1)
, and mix well.
Step 6
Place back the drumsticks on the tray and spread the marinate over the top of the chicken.
Step 7
Place again in the oven, cook for an extra 30 minutes.
Step 8
Once the time has passed, remove the chicken from the oven and serve!
