In large skillet, heat Oil (1 Tbsp) until shimmering. Add the Tyson® Chicken Thighs (1 lb) with Salt (to taste) and ground Ground Black Pepper (to taste) Cook on medium high until golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Set chicken aside, leaving oil in pan.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium low and add the chopped Onion (1) and minced Garlic (1 clove) , seasoning with Salt (to taste) ) and ground Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
