In large skillet, heat Oil (1 Tbsp) until shimmering. Add the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (1 lb) with Salt (to taste) and ground Ground Black Pepper (to taste) Cook on medium high until golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Set chicken aside, leaving oil in pan.
