In large skillet, heat Oil (1 Tbsp) until shimmering. Add the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (1 lb) with Salt (to taste) and ground Ground Black Pepper (to taste) Cook on medium high until golden, 5 to 7 minutes. Set chicken aside, leaving oil in pan.
Step 2
Reduce heat to medium low and add the chopped Onion (1) and minced Garlic (1 clove) , seasoning with Salt (to taste) ) and ground Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
