Vegan Pepperoni Stuffed Crust Pizza

Everyone loves pizza. It's part of being human. We all breathe, love, laugh and eat pizza. Pizza is good for every meal, any season, for any occasion. Everyone has their own preference toppings, some with pineapple and some without, but we can all agree that baked crust covered in tomato sauce and cheese is one of life's greatest treasures.

Author's Notes

Makes 1 pizza, but can easily be scaled to more (sauce will be enough for multiple pizzas)- just get more dough, cheese and toppings.

Leftover pizza sauce can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container.

step 1
Prepare the Pizza Dough (1) for the crust. I suggest you prepare the crust one day prior to baking the pizza, as you will need plenty of time for it to rise in the fridge, and then at room temperature.
step 2
Meanwhile, prepare your sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add Tomato Paste (1 can), {@10:}, Dried Basil (1/4 tsp), Dried Thyme (1/4 tsp), Dried Rosemary (1/4 tsp), Onion Powder (1/4 tsp), Dried Oregano (1/2 tsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), juice from Lemon (1) and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) and bring to a boil.
