Cheddar Cheese , grated

or Monterray Jack

White Onion , finely chopped

Red Bell Pepper , finely chopped

Roma Tomatoes , diced

3/4 cup

Black Olives , sliced

Avocado , chopped

1 bunch

Fresh Cilantro , finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

In a pan, brown the Ground Beef (1 lb) . Pour off excess grease.

Add Chili Powder (4 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp) Onion Powder (1 tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , Dried Oregano (as needed) , and Dried Basil (as needed) and combine.

Wash and clean Lettuce (1 head) , pat to dry and lay individual leaves onto a plate. Put some beef mince on each lettuce wrap and top with your choice of toppings.

Build each wrap according to your own preference with White Onion (1) , Red Bell Pepper (1) , Roma Tomatoes (4) , Black Olives (3/4 cup) , Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) , and Avocado (1) .

Top with your choice of topping such as with Sour Cream (to taste) or Limes (to taste) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) .
