Step 1
Combine Fresh Strawberries (to taste) , Watermelons (to taste) , and Kiwifruit (to taste) with Honey (to taste) and Lime Juice (to taste) , macerate for one hour in the fridge.
Step 2
Season Medium Shrimp (16) with Kosher Salt (to taste) , Cayenne Pepper (to taste) and Lime Juice (to taste) to taste, grill on both sides on high heat until just cooked through.
Step 3
Plate the fruit, top with the brochettes, sprinkle with Pomegranate Seeds (to taste) and Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste) .
