If you made the chicken drumsticks last night (go you!) then go ahead and take them out of the fridge to rest at room temp while you preheat the oven. Throw them in the oven and while you wait for them to cook, you can prep the salad. Peel and chop the veg and put them in 20 minutes before the chicken is done. Use the leftover goat cheese yogurt sauce for the salad.
