Sprinkle Stevia (1 teaspoon) over the Fresh Strawberry (250 gram)
Shake the bowl well to make sure everything is combined.
Cut Cream Cheese (250 gram) into smaller blocks.
Into a food processor, place cream cheese and strawberries.
Process until well combined, but leave some chunks of strawberry for texture.
Place mixture into molds of your choice. Tap to release air bubbles.
Place in freezer for a few hours, or up to overnight, to set.
