The world of meat-less eating has been completely revolutionized in the last few years, partly due to incredible advancements in the taste, look, and (our favorite factor!) mouth feel of plant-based meat. In honor of the rollout of Beyond Meat’s newest product that is designed to very closely resemble ground beef--but, ya know, without the beef--we’ve put together a collection of our favorite recipes that you can now eat fully vegetarian.
Because the product is designed to not only appear to be meat, but also cook like meat, you can simply substitute “Beyond Beef” for any “ground meat” in these recipes without needing to adjust methods, temperatures, or cook times. No one will ever be able to tell the difference!
