What pasta noodle has the least carbs?

First, let's rank all our options and see which one has the absolute lowest carb content. We won't be looking at any specific brands and will be considering net carbs (total carbs minus fiber).

There are plenty of low-carb pasta and noodle products available these days, and you can quickly check the nutrition label.

Here are the seven low carb pasta substitutes ranked based on their net carb content:

1. Shirataki Noodles - 0 g net carbs.

Shirataki noodles, aka konjac noodles or 'miracle noodles,’ absolutely win when it comes to low-carb pasta. They contain glucomannan which acts as a dietary fiber and can't be broken down into energy. So these noodles are not only low in net carb content but also in calories.

2. Kelp Noodles - 1 g net carbs.

Made from seaweed, water, and a type of salt extracted from brown seaweed, these noodles are very rich in iodine and extremely low in calories. You can get too much iodine, resulting in thyroid problems, so do not consume kelp noodles every day. Up to 4 servings per week are fine.

3. Zoodles - 2.4 g net carbs.

4. Carrot Noodles - 4 g net carbs.

Another spiralized veggie pasta we love. Colorful, delicious, and full of vitamins.

5. Cauliflower Noodles - 5 g net carbs.

Cauliflower rice is a go-to side dish for anyone following the keto diet or other low-carb dietary restrictions. But don't limit this wonderful cruciferous vegetable just to a rice substitute.

6. Beetroot Noodles - 6 g net carbs.
